1km swim

If you are new to ocean swimming the 1km is a great distance for you. The shallow, flat course will give you the confidence to get involved and have a go.

ENTRY PRICES:

Early bird - $45 - (ends 04/12/2023)

Standard - $55 (ends 15/01/2024)

Late - $65

WAVE STARTS:

Male Mass start wave - 8:00am

Female Mass start wave - 8:02am

Rolling start mixed wave - 8:04am

*Must be 9 years or older on race day

PRIZES:

Overall winners - 1st, 2nd, 3rd male & female

Age group winners- 1st, 2nd, 3rd male & female

9-12yrs | 13-19yrs | 20-29yrs | 30-39yrs | 40-49yrs | 50-59yrs | 60-69yrs | 70-79yrs | Everyone over 80yrs that finishes gets a prize!

*1st, 2nd & 3rd overall are not eligible for an age category prize.

*Participants wearing wetsuits will not be eligible for prizes unless water temperatures drop below 18 degrees
